These are Stance and Tree directly from Stranded2. The tree is actually just "bush01_a" texture. Stance model is originally by DC, and I made a screenshot to use in-game.
Stance is rotateable.
All the credits go to DC for creating the original Stance model and "bush01_a" texture.

Update 1 (31.03.2015):
Now both buildings are made as a backimage, so they doesn't have to "fly" anymore (see the last screenshot )
